My 30s have been good to me, but there\u2019s something special about entering my 40s.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a single mother of two beautiful children, ages 13 and 7. So, I forgot what it felt like to do what I want to do a long time ago. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

As a mother, educator, bible study teacher and youth leader, it\u2019s important that while dinner is in the oven, I find the time to ride my bike, text a friend, or cry when I\u2019m feeling overwhelmed.<\/p>\n

Sometimes I do get tired of hearing, \u201cMom!\u201d over and over, so that’s when I reply, \u201cI have changed my name!\u201d My son gets excited and starts to call me every title that I carry \u2026 Ms. Yanetta, Dean Arnold, Sis. Arnold, Net, or Friend \u2026 which results in much-needed laughter from all of us.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve never focused on aging, birthdays, etc., but there\u2019s just something\u00a0different about 39. It\u2019s the year before you cross the amazing threshold to 40. And I am dedicating my 40s to Me, Myself and I.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0am working on\u00a0setting a release date for my book \u201cFLOW\u201d (Faith Love Obedience Worship), an inspirational book to help those who are stagnant find their FLOW. (Coming to a city near you, FLOW Ministries!) What a way to kick off my 40s!<\/p>\n

Giving birth to my 40s \u2026 oh my! I\u2019m so\u00a0excited to see blessings manifest in our life. All praise, honor and glory to God.<\/p>\n
